Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We check for accurate photos, honest descriptions, and valid location data.
Transparent Reviews
Reviews are from verified guests only. Both guests and hosts can review each other after every stay — no anonymous feedback.
Secure Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe and held in escrow until 24 hours after check-in. You’re never charged for a booking that doesn’t happen.
Host Guarantee
Hosts are protected against damage by guests up to the limits of our Host Guarantee program. Details apply — see our Host Guarantee policy.
Encrypted Data
All personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your contact details before a confirmed booking.
Report System
See something wrong? Report a listing, user, or review directly from the platform. Our trust team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
